What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without having to inform us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, ERGOZ needs certain information to sell products to you and provide news and other services to you. The company collects only the personal information that is absolutely necessary.
For us to be able to send you our products when you shop at our website, we need the following information:

The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment means, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
Only the company uses the personal information that we store about our customers. ERGOZ has guidelines for who has access to these. Only online stores managers and package managers have access. In addition, customer service representatives can access the information to help customers with questions about delivery, ordered products, etc.
ERGOZ stores personal information registered with Ergonomii ApS and keeps the records for five years to comply with legal provisions, after which the information is deleted. Other data, which are used to deliver an order, and no longer is necessary after delivery, are deleted after 14 days.
You always have the right to know what information we have registered about you. You also have the right to, at any time, withdraw your consent.
If you wish to receive information/withdraw your consent, please contact us at info@ergoz.eu.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal information based on your prior consent and up until the time of the withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it will have effect from this point in time.

To further develop and improve ERGOZ, we collect statistics about how you use the website.
Personal data are registered with Ergonomii ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is erased.
We work only with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
As a registered customer with Ergonomii ApS, you always have the right to send us your objections to registration and processing. Unsubscribing from the email newsletter and SMS marketing are possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described above or via a link provided for this purpose in newsletters and SMS.
